Jill joined the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group in April 2018, serving as a Clinical Research Nurse for the Complex Care Program. She works in coordination with a team of Physicians, Social Workers, and Nurse Case Managers to provide resources and education for disease management, overall improving member quality of life. Jill’s research assesses this specific complex care delivery model, measuring member goal progress toward optimal mental and physical health and psycho-social awareness and preservation.
Prior to joining Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, Jill worked for Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic Health Plan as a Clinical Operations Manager for Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, and Pediatrics in Washington, DC. She has a background in Emergency Nursing, Home Care/Hospice, and Nursing Leadership, previously working for Inova, Sentara Potomac Hospital, and Heartland Home Care & Hospice.
Jill earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adventist University of Health Sciences, and her Master of Science in Nursing-Nurse Executive from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
